London Stock Exchange Group won 2 ETF Global Awards

London Stock Exchange Group* was recognised as the leading exchange in Europe for ETF trading by number of trades at the exchangetradedfunds.com 9th Annual Global ETF Awards.

Moreover, the exchange won also the “Most Proactive ETF Exchange Europe” award.

These awards underlying the important role of  Borsa Italiana: as a matter of fact Borsa Italiana, according to FESE (Federation of European Stock Exchanges), has been the leading stock exchange for electronic trading of  ETFs in Europe since 2005. Moreover, during the first quarter of 2013, Borsa Italiana was for the first time the second exchange for the average daily turnover that reached 292 million Euros.
