Starting from 18th January 2008, n. 5 new ETFs

Borsa Italiana welcomes 5 new ETF listed on the Open-end Index Funds - class 2 segment of ETFplus market issued by PowerShares Global Fund Ireland Public Ltd Company who expands its offer to 11 listed ETF.

The new issue comprises the following ETFs:

"PowerShares Dynamic US Market Fund"
"PowerShares Dynamic Global Developed Markets Fund"
"PowerShares Global Clean Energy Fund"
"PowerShares Palisades Global Water Fund"
"PowerShares Global Listed Private Equity Fund"

The investment target of the new ETFs is to mirror the performance of their respective benchmark index below mentioned:

Dynamic Market Intellidex: The 2,000 largest U.S. stocks (by market capitalization) traded on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”), the AMEX and the NASDAQ are ranked for investment potential using a proprietary AMEX Intellidex model. Companies are ranked quarterly, based on a variety of criteria, including fundamental growth, stock valuation, timeliness and risk factors, and then sorted based on their cumulative score on the above criteria. One hundred companies are then selected. It's a price index reviewed quarterly.

QSG Global:The Index is comprised of 250 stocks selected principally on the basis of their capital appreciation potential as identified by QSG pursuant to a proprietary quantitative methodology. The QSG Methodology is designed to objectively identify those stocks within a particular market segment that have the greatest potential for capital appreciation. The QSG Methodology evaluates companies quarterly, using a proprietary multi-factor model based on the following measures of expected out-performance: valuation, growth potential, operating efficiency, earnings quality, wall street sentiment, and price momentum, and then ranks and sorts them based on their Composite Scores. The QSG Global Index consisted of stocks of companies domiciled in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and United States or primarily listed on an exchange in such countries.
 
WilderHill New Energy Global Innovation: The index managed and calculated by WinderHill New Energy Finance LLC is designed to objectively identify the most capitalized companies within the energy industry that have the greatest activities in  renewable energy and in cleaner energy generally. Companies placed in the Index must have a three-month average market capitalization of at least $50 million and  a six-month average daily trading volume of at least $750,000. It's a price index reviewed quarterly.

Palisades Global Water: The index created by Palisades Global Water and calculated by Dow Jones is composed by the most capitalized companies listed in the main global stock exchanges and engaged in the water industry. To be comprised in the index a company must has a market capitalization of at least $250 million, a traded volume greater than 100.000 shares for each of the prior three months and finally a minimum average traded volume of at lest $500.000 for the prior three months. It's a price index reviewed quarterly.

Global Listed Private Equity: Created by Red Rock Capital Partners and calculated by S&P, is composed of 40 - 60 private equity companies listed in the main global stock exchanges which must have a market capitalization of at least $100 million. to be chosen for the Global Listed Private Equity Index. No single stock may exceed 10% of the Underlying Index weight at the time of rebalancing. It's a price index reviewed quarterly.

The total expense ratio of all the ETFs is equal to 0,75%.
