Change of class for 12 ETNs

Borsa Italiana announces that, starting from July 1st 2013, coming into force of the amendments to the Instructions accompanying the Rules of the markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. communicated with notice n. 11271 of June 14th 2013, the instruments below will be moved from class 2 to class 3 of the “securitised derivative financial instruments (ETCs/ETNs)” segment of the ETFplus market.

Starting from July 1st 2013 to the above instruments will be set the following maximum price variation limits:

- of orders with respect to the static price: ±30%
- of contracts with respect to the static price: ±12,5%
- of contracts with respect to the dynamic price: ±5%

For these instruments, the sector code will change from ETCA to ETCC.
