EuroTLX Market
From 1st January 2020, as a result of the merger of EuroTLX SIM S.p.A. into Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the Multilateral Trading Facility EuroTLX® it is operated by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
From 1st April 2020 all the news, announcements, notices and communications previously related to EuroTLX Market and published on its own website (www.eurotlx.com) could be found on Borsa Italiana website www.borsaitaliana.it.
Specifically, the different sections of Borsa Italiana website related to Bonds, Certificates and Covered Warrant, and Equity will contain specific links to the following EuroTLX market segments:
- Bond-X for trading on bonds and other debt securities, including participatory instruments, structured bonds, bonds with warrant, covered bond and securities issued by sovereign states and EuroTLX Quote segment;
- Cert-X for trading on Covered Warrants and Certificates;
- Equity for trading on shares and certificates representing shares.
