(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 26 mar - Terna, the operator of the Italian high-voltage grid, said that in 2025 its net profit rose 4.7% to 1.112 billion euros.

Revenue amounted to 4.033 billion euros, up 9.6%, and EBITDA added 7.2% to 2.751 billion.

Capital expenditure surged 30.6% to 3.515 billion euros. Net debt grew to 13.000 billion at the end of 2025 from 11.160 billion a year earlier.

Terna declared a final dividend of 27.70 euro cents per share, resulting in full year dividend of 39.62 cents per share.

In 2026, Terna expects revenue of 4.41 billion euros, EBITDA of 2.93 billion and net profit of 1.12 billion. The group has targeted investments of approximately 4.2 billion euros in.
