(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 20 apr - The UK surgical dressings firm Advanced Medical Solutions (AMS) said that it is talks regarding a possible offer from the US private equity firm TA Associates.

Under UK rules, TA is required by 5.00 pm London time on May 16 to announce whether it will make an offer for AMS.

According to Sky News, TA is ready to offer about 280 pence.
