All-share deal (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Vancouver, 26 Apr - The Canadian miner Silvercorp Metals said that it has entered into a definitive arrangement agreement to acquire Adventus in an all-share deal worth 200 million Canadian dollars.

Adventus will receive 0.1015 Silvercorp common share for every share held. The exchange ratio implies consideration of 0.50 dollar per Adventus share.

At closing, existing Silvercorp and Adventus shareholders will own approximately 81.6% and 18.4%, respectively, of the enlarged company.
