Shell sells Singapore refinery, chemicals assets
No financial details released (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - London, 08 May - The Anglo-Dutch oil and gas group Shell said that its subsidiary Shell Singapore has reached an agreement to sell its Energy and Chemicals Park in Singapore to CAPGC, a joint venture company between Chandra Asri Capital and Glencore Asian Holdings.
The transaction will transfer all of Shell's interest in Shell Energy and Chemicals Park Singapore to CAPGC. The site comprises the group's integrated refining and chemicals assets on Pulau Bukom and Jurong Island.
The transaction is expected to complete by the end of 2024, Shell said without releasing financial details.
