(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 11 mag - Dutch-based investment company Prosus said it has agreed to sell 15,188,284 ordinary shares in Delivery Hero to Aspex Management, representing approximately 5% of issued share capital, for 22 euros a piece, raising gross proceeds of 335 million euros.

The sale price represents an about 22% premium to the 30-day volume-weighted average price of Delivery Hero shares as of May 8. The deal advances Prosus' commitments made to the European Commission for the acquisition of Just Eat Takeaway.com.

Following Prosus' sale of a 4.5% stake in Delivery Hero to Uber in April 2026, today's transaction represents a further.
