(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 17 apr - Dutch investment company Prosus said it has entered into an agreement to sell 13,582,342 ordinary shares, or 4.5% of share capital, of Delivery Hero to Uber as part of its commitments to the European Commission for its aprroval of the acquisition of Just Eat Takeaway.com.

The shares are being sold at a price of 20.00 euros each, representing a premium of approximately 22% to the one-month VWAP of Delivery Hero shares as of April 16. This transaction will result in total gross proceeds to Prosus of approximately 270 million euros.

Upon completion of the transaction, Prosus's interest in Delivery Hero will decrease from 26.3% to 21.8% of the issued share capital.

Prosus remains committed to completing the sale of the remainder of its stake in Delivery Hero within the required regulatory timeframe, with the objective of maximising.
