(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 10 apr - Shares in Organon jumped in premarket trade after a report said Sun Pharmaceutical Industries was poised to launch a binding 12 billion dollar bid for the healthcare company.

According to The Economic Times, India-based Sun is putting the final touches to a financing package to submit the offer in the coming weeks.

At 1152 GMT, Organon shares were up almost 21%.
