The euro was down 0.22% against the dollar at 1.1588 dollars and was up 0.04% against the pound at 0.8652 pounds. Against the yen, the euro was down 0.03% trading at 183.9300 yen. The pound was down 0.28% against the dollar at 1.3394 dollars.

The dollar was up 0.18% at 158.7200 yen.
