The euro was down 0.48% against the dollar at 1.1533 dollars and was up 0.19% against the pound at 0.8727 pounds. Against the yen, the euro was down 0.07% trading at 183.8800 yen. The pound was down 0.67% against the dollar at 1.3215 dollars.

The dollar was up 0.39% at 159.4400 yen.
