Lottomatica launches 765 mln eur senior secured notes due 2032

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 21 apr - The Italian gaming group Lottomatica said it plans to issue and sell senior secured notes due 2032 with an aggregate principal amount of 765 million euros.

Lottomatica said it expects to use the proceeds from the offering to fund the full redemption of 400.0 million euros in aggregate principal amounts of its floating rate senior secured notes due 2031 and pay any accrued and unpaid interest on those notes; for general corporate purposes, including a previously announced share buyback of potential future bolt-on acquisitions; and to pay certain related fees, costs and expenses.

The notes are being offered in the US to qualified institutional investors and to non-US persons in offshore transactions pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities.
