Indian shares close higher on strong earnings and Middle East hopes
(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 29 apr -Indian share prices closed sharply higher, as investor sentiment was boosted by strong corporate earnings and rising hopes for an end to the war in the Middle East.
Gains were broad-based across most sectors, with the auto, IT, and financial services sectors leading the rally.
