Iberia to suspend flights to Cuba

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 13 apr - Iberia, the Spanish airline company part of IAG, said that it will suspend flights to Cuba due to the "situation" and "supply problems" on the Caribbean Island, a spokesperson told the news agency AFP.

Cuba is suffering from an energy blocus imposed in January by the US.

Flights will be suspended from June to the end of October.

Flights will resume in November if the situation improves, the spokesperson added.
