(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 11 mag - Passenger traffic travelling through London's Heathrow airport in April reached 6.721 million, down 5.3% compared to the previous year, the company said, noting that traffic was affected by the Middle East conflict.

In the 12 months to April, cumulated passenger traffic totalled 84.763 million, up 0.9%.

Cargo traffic in April rose 1.0% to 129,912 metric tonnes. In the 12 months to April, cargo traffic totalled 1,590,371.
