(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 14 set - Hain Celestial said it had agreed to sell its international business to global private equity firm Aurelius for around 323 million dollars in cash.

Net proceeds from the transaction are expected to range between 305-310 million dollars, it said.

The health and wellness company said the proceeds would be used to reduce company debt.

The deal is expected to close in Hain Celestial's fiscal.

second quarter ending December 31.
