(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 5 giu - Swiss fragrance and beauty company Givaudan said it has reached an agreement to buy Barcelona-based fragrance company Eurofragrance for an undisclosed amount.

Givaudan said that Eurofragance's business would have represented approximately 185 million Swiss francs of incremental sales to Givaudan's results in 2025 on a proforma basis.

Eurofragance is a family-founded fragrance creation house specialising exclusively in the design and production of fine fragrances, as well as fragrances for personal and home care products.

'We are confident that partnering with Givaudan opens a new chapter for Eurofragance," said Eurofragrance chairman Santiago Sabates.
