(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 27 apr - Forvia, a French producer of automotive components, said that Apollo-managed funds have agreed to acquire its Interiors business group, based on an enterprise value of 1.82 billion euros.

The deal will enable Forvia to "sharpen its focus on high value-added, technology-driven activities, while reinforcing its financial structure," by cutting its net debt by at least 1 billion euros.

Closing is targeted by year-end, it added.

Forvia Interiors represents approximately 18% of the group's consolidated revenue. It posted 4.8 billion euros in revenue in 2025 thanks to 59 production sites and eight R&D centers.
