Fila sells 7% stake in Doms Industries for 85.3 mln eur

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 17 giu - The Italian art material supplier Fila said it has sold a 7% stake in the Indian company Doms Industries through an accelerated bookbuilding offering for gross proceeds of about 9.35 billion rupees, or approximately 85.26 million euros.

Fila said it sold shares at a price of 2,200.34 rupees per share, corresponding to about 20.07 euros per share, well above the unit book value of about 9.03 euros per share in Fila's 2025 financial statements.

Fila said it will own about 19% of Doms after the share sale, remaining the company's largest single shareholder. Fila has agreed to a 90-day lock-up period for its remaining stake.

Doms shares are listed on the Indian stock exchanges BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Fila said that net proceeds of the placement will primarily be used to further optimize its capital structue, deleverage and "satisfy shareholders' prioritities," as well as to.
