In Frankfurt, Delivery Hero shares surged 8.45% to 21.68 euros following news that activist fund Aspex strengthened its stake by purchasing a 5% holding from Prosus at a premium.

In Milan, shares of the Italian biotech group Diasorin were up 6.84% at 67.52 euros as investors cheered the surprise confirmation of its 2026 guidance, which offset a first quarter performance that had come in below analysts'.
