(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 28 apr - In European stock market dealings, shares of SIG Group surged 12.82% to 12.41 Swiss francs in Zurich after reporting better-than-expected quarterly profits.

In Frankfurt, Bayer shares fell 4.59% to 36.62 euros as the US Supreme Court appeared to be split about the company's appeal against Roundup herbicide litigation.

In Milan, Eni shares climbed 1.78% to 23.42 euros, tracking higher crude prices as tensions in the Middle East kept the Strait of Hormuz largely closed. While TotalEnergies closed.

1.90% higher at 78.27 euros in Paris.
