(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 16 gen - In European stock market dealings, shares of the Danish pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk jumped 6.49% at 388.90 Danish crowns in Copenhagen trade, after the UK's Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) cleared the use of a higher dose for its Wegovy weight-loss drug for certain patients.
In Madrid trade, shares of Spanish technology and defense group Indra Sistemas added 0.69% at 58.25 euros after securing a contract from Transport for London (TfL) worth nearly 1 billion euros for the management of public transport ticketing and access systems.
In Frankfurt, Kloeckner shares soared 27.99% to 11.02 euros following a 2.1 billion euro takeover bid from US-based Worthington Steel.
In Milan, shares of the Italian defense and aerospace group Leonardo added 1.72% at 59.02 euros while Fincantieri shares added 2.86% to 19.76 euros, amid a growing focus on Arctic.
