(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 11 mag - Dream Finders Homes said it had submitted a bid to buy all outstanding shares of Beazer Homes USA in a cash deal worth 704 million dollars.

Under the terms of the deal, Dream Finders will pay Beazer stockholders 25.75 dollars per share, a premium of around 40% to the closing price on May 5.

Dream Finders said it had repeatedly tried to engage with Beazer's management and board.

In March, the Florida-based company bid 29 dollars per share for Beazer stock and in February it proposed 28.50 dollars per share.

"Combining our two companies, with our highly complementary footprints and product strategies, would create the seventh-largest U.S. homebuilder," Dream Finders CEO Patrick.
