DoValue shares jump on Greek contract
Stock up 7.56% (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milan, 13 Sep - Shares of the Italian credit and property manager doValue were sharply higher in Milan trade, following the announcement of a "significant" contract in Greece.
At 1035 GMT, doValue shares were up 7.56% to 1.42 euros while the benchmark FTSE MIB index was 0.15% higher at 33,503.35 points.
DoValue said its Greek real estate management subsidiary doValue Greece RES had signed the contract with a major Greek bank for the management of approximately 2,000 real estate assets with a net book value of approximately 200 million euros.
