Dick's Sporting Goods Q4 EPS 1.41 usd vs 3.62

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 12 mar - Dick's Sporting Goods said its net income in the fourth-quarter as 128 million dollars, or 1.41 dollars per share, compared to 300 million, or 3.62 per share, in the same period last year.

On an adjusted basis, earnings in the period were 3.45 dollars per share from 3.62 a year ago. Analysts expected 2.99 dollars per share.

Net sales in the three months ended January 31 were 6.226 billion dollars from 3.894 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected 6.07 billion dollars.

Comparable sales, which do not yet include the Foot Locker business, rose 3.1%. Analysts expected 2%.

Dick's acquired Foot Locker last September and is trying to transform it.

The Pittsburgh-based company said it expected net sales in 2026 of 22.1-22.4 billion dollars and adjusted earnings of 13.50-14.50 dollars per share. Analysts were projecting sales.
