Implies market cap of up to 15 bln eur (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Amsterdam , 22 Apr - Private equity firm CVC Capital Partners said it has priced shares in its initial public offering in an indicative range of 13-15 euros per share, making for an initial market capitalization of 13-15 billion euros.

CVC plans to raise 250 million euros from the issue of new shares. The stock will trade on the Euronext Amsterdam exchange and trading is expected to begin this Friday.

In addition to new shares on offer, existing shareholders will be selling a total 96 million shares, raising up to 1.44 billion euros.
