Q1 capex cut 14% (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - London, 18 Apr - UK-based miner Centamin said in the first quarter revenue fell 7% year on year to 190.98 million dollars, as gold sold fell 14% to 92,494 ounces.

Capital expenditure was cut 14% to 46.04 million dollars and the free cash flow dropped 72% to 10.35 million.

All-in sustaining costs (AISC) fell 3% to 140.453 million dollars but AISC per ounce sold rose 13% to 1,519 dollars.
