(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 30 apr - The US pharmaceutical group Bristol Myers Squibb said that in the first quarter it posted a 9% year-on-year increase in earnings per share to 1.31 dollars but adjusted EPS fell 12% to 1.58 dollars.
Total revenue rose 3% to 11.489 billion dollars. The top line rose a currency-neutral 1%.
The company reaffirmed its full year guidance but expects revenue and adjusted EPS to trend toward the upper end of their guidance ranges.
