Crude oil futures up 52 cents at 84.40 usd/barrel (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - London, 10 May - Brent futures were higher, rising for a second day and hovering above 84 dollars a barrel.

Oil prices were set to book their first weekly gain in several weeks on Middle East tensions and a positive demand outlook in the US and China.

At 1119 GMT, crude oil futures were up 52 cents at 84.40 dollars a barrel.
