Sees FY adj EPS 2.29-2.34 usd (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - New York, 24 Apr - The US producer of medical devices Boston Scientific Corporation said that in the first quarter earnings per share rose to 0.33 dollars per share from 0.21 dollars per share a year ago, while adjusted EPS grew to 0.56 dollars from 0.47 dollars.

The company generated net sales of 3.856 billion dollars, growing 13.8% on a reported basis, 15.0% on an operational basis and 13.1% on an organic basis.

Boston Scientific estimates net sales growth for 2024 to be in range of 11-13% on a reported basis, and 10-12% on an organic basis. It anticipates reported EPS of 1.43-1.48 dollars and adjusted EPS of 2.29-2.34 dollars.

In the second quarter, the company anticipates net sales growth of 10.5-12.5% on a reported basis and 10-12% on an organic basis. It estimates reported EPS of 0.35-0.37 dollars and adjusted EPS of 0.57-0.59 dollars.
