Bollore shares surge on plans to take full control of 3 units
Shares up over 6% (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Paris, 13 Sep - Shares in Bollore surged after the French conglomerate launched buyout offers for three subsdiaries to streamline its operations.
At 0922 GMT, Bollore was up 6.58% to 6.075 euros.
Bollore aims to squeeze out minority shareholders in the holding companies Compagnie du Cambodge, Financiere Moncey and Societe Industrielle et Financiere de l'Artois.
Bollore plans to pay in cash, shares in Universal Music Group, or a combination of both.
