Bollore Q1 constant scope, forex revenue 5.024 bln eur, up 3%

Reported revenue up 63% (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Paris , 29 Apr - The French conglomerate Bollore said that in the first quarter of 2024 its revenue on a constant scope and foreign exchange basis rose by 3% to 5.024 billion euros.

Revenue for Bollore Energy fell by 11% to 655 million euros while revenue at Vivendi increased 5% to 4.274 billion, thanks to growth at Lagardere (9%), Groupe Canal+ (35) and Havas (3%).

Bollore's industry activities posted revenue of 75 million euros, up 1%.

On a reported basis, Bollore revenue jumped by 63% compared to the year earlier, following a 1.788 billion euro rise tied to changes in the business perimeter, and in particular the full consolidation of Lagardere on the part of Vivendi, as well as 8 million in foreign exchange tailwinds.
