(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 30 apr - Belden said it had agreed to buy Ruckus Networks from Vistance Networks for arouond 1.85 billion dollars.

Belden, a supplier of specialty networking solutions, said the deal would allow it to become "a leading provider of complete, end-to-end IT/OT networking solutions".

The Missouri-based company said the acquisition would be immediately accretive to adjusted earnings per share and expand adjusted gross margins in the first full year following close.

The deal is expected to close in the second half of the year.
