(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 26 mag - The Italian insurance group Assimoco has increased its stake in BCC Assicurazioni, its property & casualty insurance bancassurance joint venture with cooperative banking group BCC Iccrea, to 70% with the acquisition of an additional 19% stake, according to a statement.

Assimoco acquired a 51% stake in BCC Assicurazioni in 2024.

With the purchase of the additional stake, the partnership between the two groups has also been extended until December.
