(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 2 apr - The Franco-Dutch airline group Air France-KLM said it has submitted a non-binding offer for TAP Air Portugal, which is in the process of being privatized.
Air France-KLM said it had submitted the non-binding offer for TAP to Parpublica, the Portuguese holding company that manages the government's equity stakes in companies, on April 2. "It confirms the group's unaltered, strong and continued interest in TAP," Air France-KLM added.
Financial details of the non-binding offer were not disclosed.
