Sees deal closing in Q3 (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - London, 22 May - Admiral Acquisition, a London-listed acquisition vehicle that was formed in May 2023, said that it entered into a definitive agreement to buy Acuren, a North American provider of testing, inspection and engineering & lab testing services, for 1.85 billion dollars from American Securities.

The deal reflects 9.7 times estimated adjusted EBITDA for 2024 of approximately 190 million dollars.

Closing is expected to take place early in the third quarter of 2024, it added.
