(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) -Milano,17 apr-US housing starts in March slid 11.4% to a seasonally adjusted rate of 1,324,000 from the revised February estimate of 1,494,000, but is 1.9% above the March 2024 rate of 1,299,000, the US Census Bureau and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development said.

Expectations were for housing starts of 1.42 million.
