(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 26 mag - Home prices in the 20 largest metropolitan areas of the US rose 0.8% in March compared to the same period of last year, S&P Dow Jones said in its latest S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indices report.

Expectations were for 0.9% rise.

The national index posted a 0.7% annual gain while the 10 city index increased 1.4% year-over-year.

On a monthly basis and before seasonal adjustments, the 20 city index rose 1.0% in March, while the 10 city index.
