UK Q4 total trade deficit 3.8 bln pounds, down 3.3 bln vs Q3

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milano, 12 feb - In the fourth quarter, the UK's total goods and services trade deficit narrowed by 3.3 billion pounds from the previous quarter to 3.8 billion, according to the Office for National Statistics.

The trade in goods deficit narrowed by 2.0 billion pounds to 58.0 billion in the fourth quarter, while the trade in services surplus is estimated to have widened by 1.4 billion to 54.3 billion.

Total imports of goods and services rose by 35.1 billion pounds, or 3.9%, in 2025, while annual total exports rose by 31.0 billion, or 3.5%, which saw the total annual trade.
