Adj output down 3.5% yr/yr (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Rome, 10 May - In March 2024, Italy's seasonally adjusted industrial production decreased by 0.5% compared to the previous month while calendar adjusted production fell by 3.5% compared to the year earlier, data from statistics institute Istat showed.

There were 21 working days in March 2024 versus 23 the year earlier.

On an unadjusted basis, Italian industrial production in March 2024 fell by 10.6% compared to the year earlier.
