EU Q2 vacancy rate 2.4% vs 2.6% in Q1 (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Brussels , 13 Sep - In the second quarter of 2024, the job vacancy rate in the eurozone fell to 2.6% from 2.9% in the first quarter of 2024 and 3.1% in the second quarter of 2023, according to figures from European Union statistical office Eurostat.

For the EU as a whole, the vacancy rate fell to 2.4% in the second quarter of 2024 from 2.6% in the previous quarter and 2.9% the year earlier.
