Vivenda Group S.p.A. specializes in the ‘zero-cost’ sponsored restoration of public and private historic buildings. At the same time, the group is developing outdoor advertising solutions and services. Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- development, construction and operation of outdoor advertising facilities and media (86.1%);
- conservative restoration and renovation of buildings and architectural heritage (8.4%): this activity is based on a model of financing work through the sale of advertising space on scaffolding tarpaulins. The group is also developing a residential building construction and renovation business;
- management of legal and financial advertising (5.5%).
Italy accounts for all net sales.
