Promotica S.p.A. is one of Italy's leading companies active in the loyalty sector, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market since November 27, 2020. The company has a long experience acquired in the Retail, Food, pharmaceutical and service sectors. Founded in 2003 by Diego Toscani, Promotica S.p.A. has over 1,000 active customers in 2024, with the realization of more than 500 campaigns and approximately 20 million rewards disbursed. Promotica S.p.A. offers a complete consulting service for promotional planning and development, managing each stage: planning of promotional operations, realization of the communication campaign, creation of Made in Italy products, procurement of prizes, logistics services, data monitoring and finally measurement of results. Promotica S.p.A. ended 2024 with consolidated net sales of EUR 96 million and EBITDA of EUR 6 million.
