Publication of transactions executed outside a trading venue

Approved intermediaries may publish transactions involving shares admitted to trading on a regulated market or other financial instruments admitted to trading on an Italian regulated market executed outside a trading venue in accordance with Title IV, Chapters II and III, of the Consob Regulation on Markets using specific electronic support systems.
