Clearing

Cassa di Compensazione e Garanzia (CC&G), the Italian clearing house, is the counterpart of all bargainings executed on the IDEM market and on the cash market. Such mechanism allows to remove the counterpart risk, becoming the CC&G guarantor of every negotiation for each members. All members of IDEM and must also apply for membership at CC&G as clearing members (general or individual) or non-clearing members.
