Unipol - Pre-emptive offer

According to Borsa Italiana’s Instructions, articles IA.9.1.9.1 c) and IA.9.1.13.1 c), Borsa Italiana notifies that the strike prices, the daily closing prices and the number of shares (lot) underlying the stock option and stock futures contracts on Unipol shares will be adjusted, as described in the related Avvisi di Borsa Italiana n. 10130 and 10131 dated June 17th, 2010.

The adjustment intervention date will be on June 18th, 2010 at the close of the trading session.
