K factor UNIPOL

With reference to the Avvisi di Borsa Italiana n. 10130 and 10131 dated June 17^th, 2010 and n. 10162 dated June 18^th, 2010, the coefficient K for the adjustment of stock option and stock futures contracts on Unipol shares is equal to 0.885387.

The adjusted lot size is equal to 1129 shares: new series of stock options and stock futures on Unipol shares available for trading from June 21^st, 2010 will have the lot size equal to 1000 shares.

Current market making obligations on stock options and stock futures on Unipol shares will not change following the corporate action.
