Banco Popolare - Share capital increase

According to Borsa Italiana’s Instructions, Article IA.9.1.7.1 c) and Article IA.9.1.11.1 c), Borsa Italiana notifies that the strike prices, the daily closing prices and the number of shares (lot) underlying stock option and stock futures contracts on Banco Popolare shares will be adjusted, as described in the related Avvisi di Borsa Italiana n. 2481 and n. 2482 dated February 24^th, 2010.

The adjustment intervention date will be on February 26^th, 2010 at the close of the trading session.
